My goal for this article is for you to see that yes, you can use Facebook to grow your business.
As people look at what I do they often comment that we know it works, we hear about Facebook marketing from you and you’re an expert, and we’re hearing success stories from others in our industry, but I just don’t know if I can do it and if Facebook marketing will work in my business.
If you’ve read many of my articles, or watched my videos, or heard me speak, you know that in the past I was in an ordinary business. About as ordinary as you could get.
I owned a Specialty Food Store.
We had a website and eventually an email list but not much more for years.
I was interested in computers and using the internet for marketing but I couldn’t figure out how the internet could get the average person to choose our store over one of our competitors.
Over time and lots of trial and error, we developed a system that worked for us in the grocery industry. We tested it in other industries and it worked there too.
In the spring of 2012, I decided it was time to leave the grocery business behind and go into helping other businesses succeed online using Facebook Marketing.
It was a tough decision, but I’m enjoying what I get to do now: Help other businesses succeed!
Since 2012 we’ve expanded the list of industries that we’ve worked in.
In this article, I listed some of the industries and a small bit of information about each.
Over the next few weeks, I’m going to go in depth with each of these industries to show you what we’ve accomplished for these businesses and how you can do it too.
I have offered a wide sampling of businesses here so that you see that even though your business is different, it’s not that different from one of these.

Pinehurst Laundromat: This is one of our businesses. It is a self-service Laundromat.Once we started using Facebook to market this our results were impressive. I only regret waiting so long to start promoting it on Facebook.
Grinde’s Garden Center: A local greenhouse. They are open from May through July depending on the weather. They were in business for over 25 years when they started marketing on Facebook. http://www.grindesgardencenter.com/
Eagle Leather: A retail store focused on providing all the gear a biker might want. Located in the Northwest. They are an early adopter of Facebook marketing. http://www.eagleleather.com/
Wirig Orthodontics: A progressive Orthodontist in Henderson NV. Along with straightening your teeth, they offer soft-serve ice cream and the chance to play some awesome video games while you wait! http://www.wirigortho.com/
Dr. Woods Wellness: Dr. Woods is an M.D. and a functional medicine specialist. She knows that the more people she reaches the more she can help. She uses Facebook to promote her workshops. http://drwoodswellness.com/
Metropolis Resort: This family focused resort offers a Family Fun Center, water park, and a unique motel. If you ever get the chance, plan to stay overnight. You’ll find the resort is a fun place to play. http://www.metropolisresort.com/

Cutting Horse Training Online: If you want to learn how to train your cutting horse for a rodeo competition this site is for you. For a small monthly fee, you have access to the best cutting horse trainers in the world. This business will help you find businesses who are looking for great employees. They also have an extensive library of tools that you can access to help you successfully live this lifestyle. Go Social Experts: I had to include ourselves. We’ve been promoting our business on Facebook since the beginning (when we’re not too busy working on our client’s page) We’ll show you what we do to stay in front of our audience as well as what we do to find new clients.
